Crispy Black Eye Peas
Crispy roasted beans or peas are easy to make and can be served as a crispy snack, topping, or vegan appetizer!
Ingredients
1 can black-eyed peas, drained, rinsed, patted dry
1-2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Pinch of salt
Steps
Place rinsed and dried beans on a baking/cooking sheet.
Drizzle with oil.
Add seasonings and gently mix.
Roast in the oven at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until your desired crispness.
